The University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh is happy to provide up to four graduate credits for your participation in the Powerful Learning Practice® cohort experience. The requirements for graduate credit will be completed during the normal course of the PLP cohort experience and represent a rigorous and robust introduction to teaching and learning in a connected world. Two credits will be awarded in January (fall semester) and an additional two credits can be awarded in May (spring semester).
Graduate credit is available at a reduced cost of $175 per credit ($350 for 2 credits, $700 for 4 credits). This per-credit cost is the same for in-state, out-of-state, and International students. These are normal, 700-level (upper-level), graduate courses and should be acceptable for most master’s level graduate programs and professional development plans. These credits are also directly applicable to the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh’s Masters of Science in Education – Curriculum & Instruction degree (Please contact Eric Brunsell for more information).
To Register: You must register separately for fall and spring courses. Complete the appropriate registration forms. If you are registering for both fall and spring, you only need to complete the second page on the fall form! Depending on your background, you must select either Elementary Education 715 (ElemEd) or Secondary Education 715 (SecEd).
